This is a grow light for plants that live inside. It should provide just the right light the plant needs to grow effectively. It is not very safe, see below.

It is not very safe as the LEDs are in serie (60 of them) and the voltage between the Solder points would be more than 60 x 1.7 so more than 100 Volts.
